Facilities at The Lower Mill Estate
The Lower Mill Estate covers 500 acres and includes 3 rivers, a collection of seven lakes and a nature reserve of European significance.
The lakes are designated for fishing and sailing/windsurfing (no motors allowed) two of which have specimen carp and one trout (all open to visitors under club rules) but all can be walked easily and provide great habitat for the birds and wildlife.
As well as the open areas there is a large outdoor heated swimming pool open (April-September) with changing room and a Sauna. There is also a Tennis court and table tennis table, large childrens play park, full size trampoline and free range chickens.
Other local facilities within 5 mins of the cottage that will keep all members of the family busy are;
Keynes Country Park with its own beach , shop, kids play parks, BBQ areas, high wire zone and water sport hire centre
The very cool teenage venue of The Watermark Cable Ski with its own beach/bar and music.
