Short term Flexilet (min 28 days) rentals
If you require somewhere to rent between November and March for a bit longer than a week or two, then our holiday cottage is available for what we term 'Flexilets'.
Flexilets allow you to book our property on a fixed term lease during our quieter winter months Nov Dec (not Jan) Feb or March which is ideal if you are between homes or need somewhere to rent for that little bit longer than just a holiday .
How to book a Flexilet:
It is simple to book a Flexilet with Cotswold Cottages below but we do need to follow a few simple steps highlighted below . If you need to move immediately, then please give us a call, as we can always put you up on a holiday basis while we sort the paperwork out for a longer let.
1. Flexilet price is min £950 plus £35 for any additional days for maximum flexibility.
2. We will need two references for the bookings and we will also require you to obtain a credit reference for us.
3. As soon as we have collected references that we are happy with, we will draw up an agreement for your signature.
4. At the beginning of your tenancy, you will be required to pay the agreed some in full in advance, as well as a damage deposit of £500 which will be held by us and checked against an inventory.
That's it apart from of course looking after the property as if it were your own!
