Tariffs, Availability and Booking
Our Cottage is available for most of the year except January but please check for availability below as this is always up to date.
We trade as self catering cottage but we supply a breakfast hamper to get you started and our rates are from £85/night for the cottage (minimum two night stay) which caters for 4 people in one double and two single bedrooms. (We provide a 10% discount for 7 night bookings)
These prices include FREE use of all the facilities, like swimming pool and tennis court, kids play park etc.
A 25% deposit is required to book your dates with the balance being paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
Payment is requested via online banking or if you prefer you can pay by Paypal (you do NOT need a paypal account and can use any debit/credit card but there is a 3% handling charge if paid this way).
From Nov 1st to Dec 29th and Feb 5th to March 30th we do make the cottage available on a "Flexilet" basis for people that want to stay more than 21 days.
A security deposit of £100 will be required to be paid via paypal prior to arrival and will be refunded within 7 days after your holiday.
Access to your property can be flexible if agreed but generally will be from 5pm on your day of arrival and we would ask you to vacate by 10 am on the day of departure.

NB - If you are travelling from abroad you may need a hire car and if so maybe be easier for you to fly into the UK and take a train http://www.mytrainticket.co.uk or coach http://www.nationalexpress.com/coach/index.cfm from the airport to Cirencester or Kemble station and hire a car locally and here is a contact.
