Tariffs, Availability and Booking
Our Cottage is available for most of the year except January, although it is used by our family and friends so please check for availability below.
To keep things simple we price our property more like a bed and breakfast but there is a minimum stay of two nights imposed.
The rates vary during the year but we do have a very simple pricing structure which is £75/night off peak for 2 plus £10/night per extra guest and £100/night in peak periods for 2 plus £15/night per extra guest. These prices include a large breakfast hamper to get you started, which hopefully represents great value although from Nov 1st to Dec 29th and Feb 5th to March 30th we do make the cottage available on a "Flexilet".
You can pay by cheque but we prefer to do it all via paypal (you do not need a paypal account and can use and debit/credit card)
Security deposit is £50 plus 3% handling charge and will be refunded after your holiday.
Unless previously agreed otherwise you will have access to your property from 5pm on your day of arrival and we ask you to vacate by 10 am on the day of departure.
